Speed and Agility

Speed and Agility

This is a program to get athletes prepared for the spring season. Speed and agility is one of the most important aspects of a soccer player allowing them to react quickly both offensively and defensively to give them an advantage during competition. Athletes are in situations to create dynamic multi-directional exercises to create quick and explosive movements and improve overall strength.

The goal of the program is to increase quickness, improve balance, enhance coordination, maximize speed, and develop all-around athleticism.

Sessions have a max of 30 participants so please sign up fast. $75 (5 dates)

2011-2012 Mondays: February 10, 17, 24, March 2, 9 -- 5:00-6:00pm
2009-2010 Mondays: February 10, 17, 24 March 2, 9 – 6:00-7:00pm
2007-2008 Thursdays: February 13, 20, 27 March 5, 12 – 5:00-6:00pm
2003-2006 Thursdays: February 13, 20, 27 March 5, 12 – 6:00-7:00pm
